A Welcome Message From Ann Berman 

Hi there!  I have been an educator since 1986, and have been teaching in Salem since 1996.  I teach K-5 Music at Bates Elementary School. I first got involved in the Union as a Building Rep in 2008 and was then asked to join the Negotiating Team for the next round of Collective Bargaining. I was elected Vice-President of our Union in 2016, and stepped into the position of President in July of 2018.  I am looking forward to working with you to keep our Union strong and ensure that we can provide the best education for our students and the best working conditions for our members.

Welcome back to our returning members, and a big welcome to our new SPS members! Remember, there is no UNION without U!
